HR Operations & Payroll Specialist

Foundation Partners is seeking a UK-based HR Operations professional to support payroll, onboarding and employee experience across our global team. The role focuses on payroll inputs, system data integrity, contractor administration and expense processing.

You will partner with Finance and HR colleagues across time zones, helping to improve processes and drive engagement. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in HR/admin, strong excel skills, and a genuine interest in people operations.
