Desktop Support Engineer — Advanced Windows & VPN

SISL Global in Greater London is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer (Band 3) to deliver advanced end-user support across the organization. You will handle escalated incidents and ensure smooth operation of desktops, laptops, OS, and core enterprise applications.

You will work with the IT team to manage patch updates, endpoint security, and ITIL-aligned processes while assisting users with connectivity, VPN, printers, and hardware issues.
