Customer Quality Engineer: Drive Root Cause & Improvement

Team Jobs – Engineering is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer for our Blandford Forum site. You will own customer complaints, drive corrective actions and align manufacturing teams to improve quality metrics.

You’ll lead audits, PPAP/APQP activities and PFMEA/Control Plans while reducing scrap, PPM and Cost of Poor Quality, with cross-functional collaboration across production and suppliers.
