Guest Experience Specialist — Hospitality & Events

BM Caterers is seeking a Hospitality Assistant to join our award-winning team. You will deliver efficient, high-standard hospitality service at events, meetings and daily operations.

You will set up, serve and clear areas with attention to detail, listen and follow procedures, liaise with customers to understand their needs, and ideally hold Food Safety Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2 certificates. We support your training and development.
