Adecco Portugal’s client in London is seeking an experienced Front Office IT Support Engineer to provide 1st and 2nd line support in a fast-paced Sales & Trading environment.

You will support Traders, Sales teams and Front Office stakeholders, ensuring a highly available IT environment with hybrid working and a rotating shift pattern. The role requires strong Windows, Citrix, ServiceNow experience and the ability to manage incidents with SLA-driven prioritisation.
