Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer (5+ years)

The firm

A well established full service firm with several offices across Essex and the East of England. It acts for local people and businesses across a wide range of legal needs.

The role

You will run residential conveyancing files including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, new builds and shared ownership, and deal with clients, agents and lenders.

What you will need

At least 5 years of residential conveyancing experience, good caseload management and client skills.
