Job purpose:

The Senior Solicitor will provide professional and timely legal advice and assistance and legal representation, to include having conduct of any associated litigation, ensuring the provision of a high-quality legal service to all levels of the organisation, in relation to:

• all areas of employment law, and,
• complex legal work and/or work of organisational significance, impact or value in other areas of practice, including instance personal injury, FOI/Data Protection, judicial review, housing and homelessness.
