Interim FM Contracts Lead – Hybrid (Lincoln)

Interim FM Contracts Administrator role based in Lincoln, offering hybrid working with up to 2 days on site. Initial 3-6 month contract with likely extension to 12 months, full-time Monday-Friday, ASAP start.

You’ll own a diverse portfolio of outsourced Hard and Soft FM contracts, drive contractor performance, ensure compliance, and provide senior stakeholder reporting. NEC4 experience and strong governance are advantageous.
