Facilities Manager

Help keep a large public sector estate safe, compliant & operational.

We’re supporting a Local Authority seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee Hard FM services, statutory compliance, maintenance programmes and contractor performance across a portfolio of corporate buildings and schools.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage Hard FM services and contractors
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance
• Review FRA, LRA, EICR and PPM reports
• Ensure compliance actions are completed
• Monitor statutory compliance across the estate
• Support audits, inspections and asset records
• Work closely with occupiers and property teams

What we’re looking for:

• Strong Facilities or Property Management experience
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical and BMS systems
• Experience managing fire, legionella and electrical compliance
• Proven contractor management skills
• Public sector experience desirable
