Village Facilities & Estates Manager

Retirement Villages is seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the village estate, grounds, housekeeping and safety compliance. You will lead a team of Estates Operatives and contractors, manage budgets and drive service excellence for residents and staff.

You will ensure PM routines, safety standards, and compliance with fire, legionella, water safety, and building regs while fostering a welcoming, community-focused environment.
