Facilities & Estates Supervisor: Civil & Building Operations

FM Conway Ltd seeks a Facilities & Estates Supervisor to oversee civil engineering, building and maintenance works across our estate. You will supervise contractors and in-house teams, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

This permanent, full-time role involves site travel, RAMS and permit-to-work reviews, and collaboration with internal teams to minimise disruption while maintaining asset integrity and compliance.
