Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Maintenance Surveyor to cover Chichester, Guildford, Bracknell and surrounding areas. The role reports to the Neighbourhood Repairs Manager and involves pre/post-inspection, surveys, and coordinating repairs to meet KPI targets.
You will need a Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3 and be a member of a professional body such as RICS or CIOB. Travel across the region and UK eligibility are required; visa sponsorship is not offered.
