Remote Bid Manager: Lead High-Value Tenders & Proposals

Randstad UK is seeking a Bid Manager to join the bids and sales team in a fully remote role. You will lead bid responses for high-value recruitment bids across UK business lines, focusing on MSP, RPO, SOW, framework agreements and sole supply tenders.

You will work with senior stakeholders, craft client presentations and marketing materials, and manage the bid lifecycle from initiation to submission, ensuring high-quality, compliant responses.
