Retail Quantity Surveyor – Commercial & Cost Lead

Boots Group is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support cost management across retail construction projects, including new stores, refurbishments, roll-outs and fit-outs. You will lead cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and financial management from design through completion.

The role requires MRICS (or working toward) with proven PQS experience in retail sectors. Some UK travel will be required, and you will report to the Head of Cost Management within Boots.
