South Coast Insurance Growth Manager

AXA Group is expanding its Southampton team and seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to build and maintain strong broker relationships while driving profitable growth. You will manage internal and external stakeholders, develop a robust pipeline and promote AXA’s strategy and products.

You’ll work within a hybrid model, balance office and client meetings, and contribute to the region’s strategic development plans. Eligibility to work in the UK is required.
