DEMOLITION SITE MANAGER WANTED

We’re currently looking for an experienced Demolition Site Manager to join a growing demolition contractor with a strong pipeline of projects across the UK.

This is a great opportunity for someone with solid experience delivering demolition, dismantling and enabling works to step into a key role within an expanding team.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing demolition projects safely and efficiently
• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and plant
• Ensuring works are delivered to programme
• Maintaining high standards of Health & Safety
• Overseeing quality and environmental compliance
• Liaising with project managers, clients and operational teams
• Managing complex demolition and enabling works from start through to completion

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Demolition Site Manager
• Strong demolition / dismantling background
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid
• CCDO qualifications advantageous
• Strong leadership and site management experience

• Projects across the UK
