Customer Support & Operations Manager

Veolia Environmental Services (Uk) Plc is seeking an experienced Operations/Customer Service Manager to support senior management and lead the contract’s contact centre across our UK depot. You will analyse data, generate reports, manage performance, and ensure contractual obligations are met.

You’ll oversee admin systems, handle customer complaints, maintain payroll and financial transactions, and develop a skilled team focused on service excellence while building strong client relationships.
