Site Operations Lead – Housing Maintenance

MXM Contractors Ltd is looking for an experienced supervisor to lead a team of operatives (10-20) and ensure service delivery aligns with KPIs and the overall strategy. You will deputise for Contract Managers and ensure compliance with statutory and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities include managing resources, coaching the team, coordinating with subcontractors and clients, and driving performance to meet deadlines while maintaining high quality and cost efficiency.
