Job Description:
William Brookes School is seeking an experienced practitioner to lead the provision for students requiring additional support. You will work closely with the Assistant Headteacher SENCO, families and external agencies to oversee daily operations and ensure a safe, inclusive environment.
In this role, you will coordinate SEND processes, monitor attendance, behaviour and progress, and support successful transitions back into mainstream education.
