Health & Safety Manager — Multi-Campus Risk & Training

onlyFE is seeking a Health & Safety professional to support the Head of Facilities across three college campuses in Havant. The role focuses on creating and promoting a positive safety culture and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

You will prepare policies, conduct risk assessments, manage group-wide training, advise on safety regulations, and conduct workstation assessments to support staff health. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.
