Senior PA to Managing Director, Global Shipping

Aldrich & Company Limited is seeking a proactive PA to support the Global Managing Director in a fast-paced shipping environment. The role is office-based in City of London and runs 12-14 months FTC.

You will manage diaries, gatekeep, arrange travel, prepare reports and presentations, coordinate meetings, and support the wider team while upholding confidentiality.

Strong senior PA experience, excellent communication, high organisation, and advanced MS Office skills are essential.
