Planning Team Lead – Drive Productivity & Safety

National Grid Electricity Distribution is seeking a Planning Team Leader at the Alfreton Depot to supervise Planners and Admin staff around Chesterfield & Mansfield. You will drive productivity, ensure safe, compliant work, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

You will coach the team, manage performance through 1:1s, and monitor KPIs while guiding budgets and contractor invoices within approved limits.
