Belcan is seeking a Production Planner to join our Reading-based team on a long-term 18-month contract, with on-site five days a week. The role focuses on balancing production demand with capability while upholding quality, safety and timely delivery across complex manufacturing programmes.
You will translate master schedules into daily plans, collaborate with manufacturing and operations, and drive continuous improvement using lean planning methods such as Kanban and push/pull systems.
