Property Damage Surveyor & Project Manager

Exchange Street Financial Services Ltd is seeking a Building Surveyor / Project Manager to handle a portfolio of property damage claims on a project-managed basis across the Home Counties and South Midlands regions. You will typically scope and schedule works, manage contract administration, handle variations and final accounts.

MRICS qualification is ideal but not essential; AssocRICS and/or MCIOB will be considered.
