Hybrid Systems & Projects Coordinator (EPOS/Artifax)

Birmingham Hippodrome is seeking a Systems & Technology professional to support two core systems: PointOne EPOS and Artifax venue management. You will coordinate projects, standardise data, and create user guides to empower staff across the building. The role requires strong training skills and a proactive approach to system improvement.

You will work in a hybrid setting with on-site days and contribute to ongoing infrastructure upgrades, reporting, and knowledge sharing within the team.
