Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking to work for an established award winning Surveying company who have experience in multiple industries including commercial, industrial and high-end residential, within a small tight-knit company with great people in a good environment?
On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established yet growing company who operate in multiple sectors with the variety being in Commercial Offices, Hotels, Leisure, High-end Residential and Student Accommodation for example. As an independent surveying company they offer a small office and tight-knit environment.
This varied role will see you responsible for working on your own projects from the get-go with the support of senior team members when needed. You will be required to maintain relations and meeting with clients to ensure their requirements are met. You will be based out of the office in Glasgow with the opportunity to work remotely if needed.
This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor looking to work for an established award winning Surveying company who have experience in multiple industries.
The Role:
- Producing Bills of Quantities
- Tender Specifications
- Cost Planning and Financial Reporting
- Monday – Friday (office / site based)
- Glasgow based
The Person:
- Quantity Surveyor
- Looking for Commercial project work
- Full UK Driving License
