A Leeds-based D2C brand is seeking a CRM Manager to oversee day-to-day management and optimization of the CRM systems, driving customer engagement and streamlining internal processes to support growth.
The role requires 3-4+ years in CRM/marketing automation, experience with MS Dynamics 365 and HubSpot, and strong analytical and collaborative skills. A hybrid Leeds-based position with on-site presence four days a week.
