School Premises & Facilities Manager

Royal Docks Academy is seeking a Premises Manager to maintain a safe, secure and well‑kept environment for students and staff. You will oversee maintenance, health and safety, compliance, security and cleaning, and lead the premises team while liaising with the Trust’s Estates & Facilities group.

The role requires solid health & safety knowledge, experience in relevant trades, and strong people skills to manage staff and external contractors. A school or complex site background is highly valued.
