Job Description:
The Balmoral, a Rocco Forte Hotel, seeks a dedicated Sous Chef to help lead the kitchen team at its Edinburgh location. You will work closely with the Head Chef to craft seasonally inspired, classic brasserie dishes, balancing French influence with local ingredients.
You’ll oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain high hygiene standards, train junior chefs, manage costs and inventories, and contribute to menu development while supporting a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
