The Fife Arms Braemar is seeking a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join our award-winning culinary team. Under Head Pastry Chef Craig Jacobs you will assist in preparing desserts, cakes and pastries for the Clunie Dining Room, Afternoon Tea and Flying Stag Pub, using the best local Scottish ingredients.

You’ll work in a luxury kitchen, maintain high standards of hygiene and stock control, and support the wider brigade to deliver outstanding experiences for our guests.
