Bistro Sablé Islington – Canonbury, London is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and take ownership of day-to-day operations in a French bistro setting.

You will lead and develop the kitchen, deliver high-quality French food, help develop seasonal menus, manage ordering and stock, ensure food safety, and work closely with the General Manager and FOH. Competitive salary, tronc, staff meals, and career progression offered.
