Hybrid Area Kitchen Manager & Regional Coach

Greene King is seeking an Area Kitchen Manager to lead the Leicester Arms kitchen four days a week while supporting area kitchen teams once per week. You’ll partner with General Managers and kitchen leaders to elevate food quality, safety and service standards, and to drive training and development across the area.

You will also identify skills gaps, coach teams, recruit and onboard staff, and step into other pubs as needed to maintain high standards and consistent operations.
