Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a compassionate Key Worker Tutor to support a Year 11 student in Urmston, with diagnoses of ADHD, ASC and Dyslexia. The role is two days per week in Urmston AP, with an immediate start.
You will provide tailored 1:1 academic and pastoral support to improve engagement and confidence, liaising with families and professionals as needed. Ideal candidates have experience supporting learners with SEMH, literacy and numeracy difficulties, and a calm, patient approach.
