Kimpton Fitzroy London is seeking an Assistant Bars Manager to lead our bars across Fitz’s, The Parlour, Summer Terrace, Lobby and Snug. You will inspire a high-performing team and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting, shaping the guest journey from welcome to farewell.

Reporting to the Bars Manager, you will drive service standards, seasonal menus and cost controls while mentoring colleagues, maintaining cocktail knowledge and staying ahead of current trends.
