Patrol Officer: Community Impact & Career Growth

Chesterfield County Government is seeking Police Officers to patrol county areas, respond to calls, and conduct interviews. You will prepare detailed reports, make arrests, and testify in court while engaging with the community.

Candidates must be a US citizen or in approved naturalization, possess a high school diploma or GED, be 21+ before field training, pass a physical agility test, and clear a background check. Virginia driver’s license with limited demerits required.
