Deputy General Manager – Growth-Driven Hospitality Leader

Heartwood Collection is hiring a Deputy General Manager to lead our busy hospitality sites with a hands-on, guest‑focussed approach. The role carries an OTE of £42,000–£44,000 including TRONC and a basic rate of £33,500 plus £9,000–£10,000 average TRONC, all based on a 48‑hour week.

You will oversee bar, host stand and reception operations, coach teams, manage financial performance and ensure consistent service across Brasserie Blanc and Heartwood Inns locations.
