Front of House Leader – Deputy General Manager (Sunbury)

Gather and Gather in Sunbury is seeking a Deputy General Manager to lead Front of House operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role is a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, on a fixed-term contract for up to 18 months, with a salary of £48,600 per annum.

You will oversee service standards, team leadership, client relationships and commercial performance, ensuring safety and compliance across the site while driving guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
