DV-Cleared Call Handler & Switchboard – Central London

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is recruiting two DV switchboard call handlers for a six-month contract in Central London. This role is fully onsite in Westminster and offers daytime shifts with immediate start. The job involves handling calls and switchboard enquiries using ICT systems and telephony tools, with a short onboarding period.

You will work five days per week onsite, with shifts starting at 07:45 or 10:45. After onboarding, weekend cover becomes part of the schedule.
