Client Experience Director

Koto in London is seeking an experienced Client Servicer to build and maintain close relationships with one of our pillar accounts, aligning work with Koto’s commercial goals and brand standards.

You will lead day-to-day project delivery across multiple initiatives, manage resourcing and mentor junior team members, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellence. You should be comfortable travelling globally, including stops at our studios to foster culture and collaboration.
