We are seeking a proactive Sales professional to lead business sales for our client a multinational organisation dealing with UK and European Sales
In this vital role, you will develop business sales, build relationships and forge client contacts to aid the success of business goals and revenue
This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact through business development, sales and business relationships
The Role:
The main focus and purpose of the position is to ensure the achievement of the Company’s results in terms of revenues and margins
Through the definition and implementation of sales strategies
Fully conversant and input on budgets and forecast volumes, values and margins, keeping track of financial performance
Offering an understand of all the Group’s products and their possible applications so that sales opportunities can be maximised
And referrals made to the sales managers where appropriate
Arrange regular team meetings
Use production’s capacities and needs in planning and executing sales
Provide market intelligence to develop existing and new significant customers
Plan and execute sales activities
Devising sales tactics and pipeline attraction suggestions
Following a journey for, planning, visit preparation, contacts, reporting
Selling the features and benefits of the Group’s products to maximise profit
Keeping a track of raw material costs and their effect on profit
Keeping a track of customer accounts and customers’ needs, taking appropriate action as necessary
Providing customer satisfaction
Ensuring customer service, production, purchasing and accounts informed about customers and sales
Taking heed of their requirements where necessary
Maintaining relations with other sales representatives
Sharing knowledge and best practice
Skills and Attributes required:
Full driving licence
A proven track record in business sales, including field sales
Either looking for your next career path and to develop in a new industry
Or fully competent and ready for an exciting new chapter
An understanding and experience within a Manufacturing industry
Experience of reselling in other countries

The Hours:
Monday to Friday – 35 hours
Between 8am and 5pm
