Frome Community: Supported Employment Coordinator

Discovery, part of Dimensions, is proud to be independently recognised as a Great Place To Work. A fantastic opportunity to join the Supported Employment Team as a Supported Employment Coordinator, managing your own diary and working out in the community to help autistic individuals or those with learning disabilities gain employment.

You will need to live in Frome or the surrounding areas to understand the local community and support people into sustainable paid employment.
