Senior Residential Child Care Lead | Lead a Caring Team

Lancashire County Council is recruiting for Senior Residential Child Care Workers in East Lancashire. This permanent, full-time role involves leading a shift, safeguarding children, and delivering care plans to support young people in our residential homes.

You will supervise RCCWs, mentor staff, and ensure high standards of practice while participating in safeguarding procedures and care planning processes. A rota includes days, evenings, weekends and sleep-in shifts.
