Supported Living Team Leader – Lead & Develop Care Team

Transforming Support is seeking a Team Leader to oversee its supported living and outreach services across TS South London and Ascend Support locations. You will work with the Registered Manager to guide colleagues, shape daily operations and ensure person-centred, safe support while remaining hands-on with direct care.

The role requires at least six months’ experience in learning disabilities or complex needs and supervisory background.
