Food Production Operatives / Hygiene Operatives

KPI Recruiting are on the lookout for Food Production Operatives / Hygiene Operatives for our client based in Huntingdon.

As a Production Operative / Hygiene Operative your working hours and days are:

• Monday- Friday
• Days- 06:00- 14:00/ 14:00- 22:00 (weekly rota)
• Nights- 22:00- 06:00 (Sun night to Thu am)

The rate of pay as a Production Operative:

• Days / Lates – £13.05 p/h
• Nights- £15.66 p/h

The duties and responsibilities are:

• Food production line work
• Packing
• Ensuring quality standards of finished products
• Inspection of products prior to process to ensure quality and safety
• Ensure all areas of the factory are kept clean and tidy
• Washroom duties
• Assist in general housekeeping

The ideal candidate for a Production Operative / Hygiene Operative would need:

• Previous experience as a General Factory Operative or Warehouse Operative (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to work well individually or in a team environment
• Good time keeping skills
• Good attention to detail
• Food hygiene awareness
