Empowering Behaviour Mentor – Learning for Students

Reeson Education in Bury is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to support students with social, emotional, and mental health needs in a reputable alternative provision. You will provide one-on-one and group support to students exhibiting challenging behaviours, and help develop tailored plans to promote positive outcomes.

Collaborating with teaching staff to review IEPs, you will monitor progress and report findings to senior leadership.
