Community District Nursing Support Worker

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is seeking a dedicated District Nurse to join the Anglesey community team. You will support patients at home, work with registered nurses and other health professionals, and deliver care according to the nursing care plan.

You will travel between patients’ homes across towns and rural areas, contributing to high quality community care. Welsh language ability is desirable and applications in Welsh are welcome.
