Morning Support Worker for Teen with Cerebral Palsy (Part-Time)

Active Care Group is recruiting a part-time Support Worker to assist a 15-year-old client in Callington, Cornwall, with morning routines (7:30am–9:30am).

This role requires a driver with a car due to rural location and involves personal care, basic physiotherapy routine support, and emotional encouragement within the family home. You will join a dedicated care team and receive specialist training, pension, and development opportunities.
