Senior Health Visitor (Band 6) – 0–5 Public Health Lead

HCRG Care Group is seeking a Band 6 Health Visitor to lead a proactive health visiting service for children aged 0–5 across Wiltshire. You will promote health and wellbeing, deliver the Healthy Child Programme, and work with families to reduce health inequalities.

You will collaborate with partners, supervise health visiting teams, and contribute to safeguarding and multi-agency processes while using electronic records and IT systems.
