Ambulance Care Team Leader & Operations

EMED Group in Cambridge seeks a Team Leader to support Ambulance Care Assistants, drive contract performance and uphold quality and safety standards across bases in Cambridge and Huntingdon. You will also assist with on‑road patient transport when required.

You will be part of an on‑call rota with duties outside normal hours, share the on‑call load, and contribute to staff development, KPI improvements and compliant operations within a values‑driven healthcare logistics team.
