Empowering Hybrid Community Social Care Officer Assessments

Kent County Council is seeking Community Social Care Officers to join our teams across Kent. The role involves undertaking initial assessments, building strong relationships with individuals, carers and partners, and supporting crisis intervention and Care Act/MCA assessments.

You will work in a hybrid model with some office-based and some home-working, and you will be supervised by an experienced registered practitioner. A positive, collaborative attitude is essential.
